A blend of 50% Chasselas, 25% Gewurztraminer and 25% barrel aged Pinot Gris. On the nose you'll find apple and wildflower, while the palate explodes with green apple and fresh citrus. The texture is rich with a balanced acidity, the finish is clean and long. This is truly a food friendly wine, especially Swiss fondue dinners!
