A blend of 40% Chasselas, 35% Pinot Gris and 25% Chardonnay. On the nose you'll find ripe lemon, apple, and nectarie, while the palate explodes with stony minerality and fresh grapefruit citrus. The texture is rich with a balanced acidity, the finish is clean and long. This is truly a food friendly wine, especially Swiss fondue dinners!
