With a gentle fermentation process and careful French oak aging, winemaker Charlie Baessler is able to express a fresh and balanced Pinot style that provides versatility in both the lounge or in your dining room. Harvested from a geologically select block of the estate vineyard, this Pinot Noir features 21 year old vines and 100% Stemwinder soils. The nature of old vines drives greater complexity in fruit and is further enhanced by these rugged and hot soils. This Micro Lot is aged in a 1000L premium French oak vat for 16 months that provides a subtle oak influence, allowing both the vines and the vineyard to leap from the glass. Cellar 3-10 years and taste it's evolution.

Harvested from our estate's south facing stony Stemwinder soils, a result of fluvial fan deposits, this Syrah is elegant yet structured. Aged in 4 premium French oak barrels for 16 months, look for chalky mineral notes wrapped in rich, dark fruits with a white pepper freshness. Drink now or cellar for ten years, it will continue to evolve.

Black currant and black cherry give this medium bodied wine length and freshness. This is Corcelettes' first single varietal Malbec wine- we're excited! Introduced as a micro lot offering this year, it's sure to get others excited as well. Hand-picked from our vineyard's furthest west block, these vines are the last to see the sun set. Simply a crowd pleaser, this rich and meaty Merlot is a whopper- ultra full bodied and lots of black fruit notes make this wine a dinner time go-to. This Bordeaux inspired wine is a careful assemblage of our finest vines and our cellar’s most expressive barrel lots. Thoughtfully blended to create a beautiful, seamless experience. Notes of ripe black fruit, sweet tobacco and dark chocolate. Aged for 16 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels and vats. Exquisite.

Menhir is the Flagship wine of Corcelettes. Aged in unique French oak puncheon barrels for 16 months, this wine is simply magnificent. The nose offers sweet tobacco, black cherry and dried herbs while the palate is chewy and layered, with ripe plum and coffee. Polished off with chalky slate minerality, rich texture and a long smooth finish.

Two single barrels were lovingly crafted into what became 45 cases, a “micro lot” wine. The color is a deep, inky purple, while the nose offers remarkable aromas of sweet violets, stewed black cherries, and ripe blackberry. The palate is indulgent with coffee, dark chocolate, and black plum- accompanied by a texture that is incredibly rich and velvety. The finish is luxuriously long, with a fresh and balanced acidity. This wine will age 10 years plus if cellared properly, however we encourage drinking one now to discover how much you enjoy it so that you may order more before it sells out.
Best food pairings are roast rack of lamb, bison or beef tenderloin- this is a wine that can stand up to the most beautiful cuts of meat and will be sure to please your palate.
