Juicy and fruit forward, this Pinot Noir is crafted from two select vineyards in the Similkameen Valley. With a gentle fermentation process and careful French oak aging, winemaker Charlie Baessler is able to express a fresh and balanced Pinot style that provides versatility in both the lounge or in your dining room.
Harvested from our estate's south facing stony Stemwinder soils, a result of fluvial fan deposits, this Syrah is elegant yet structured. Aged in premium French oak barrels for 16 months, look for chalky mineral notes wrapped in rich, dark fruits with a white pepper freshness.
Drink now or cellar for ten years, it will continue to evolve.
Black currant and black cherry give this medium bodied wine length and freshness.. Hand-picked from our vineyard's furthest west block, these vines are the last to see the sun set. Taste the evolution of our exciting and growing Malbec venture!

Rich in texture with a traditional elegance, this Merlot is crafted from own-rooted, cl 181 and cl 184 vines hand picked from Corcelettes' estate Stemwinder soils. Harvested on multiple dates and fermented in several small lots, winemaker Charlie Baessler crafts a Merlot with layers of complexity and depth. This wine is aged in a series of 1000L French oak vats that allow the wine to mature while maintaining it's identity- Similkameen Valley terroir. Look for a stony, mineral component integrated in soft tannin.
Cabernet Franc is a notorious Similkameen all-star varietal. On the nose is black forest cake, cherry, & raspberry, while the palate is savoury, with sweet & spicy tobacco and marzipan. Great concentration with a generous nose. Firm tannins introduce a toasted oak finish with length. Try with grilled/cured meats or cheese and crackers!
The Menhir of Corcelettes, Switzerland, is iconic. It stands tall and proud near the castle of Grandson, where the Baessler family originate. Corcelettes' Menhir wine features an 18 month French oak barrel program, following small lot fermentation with punch down extraction. Winemaker Charlie Baessler repsects the Similkameen terroir and allows our vineyards to lead the expression by exercising a gentle hand in the cellar.
Hand picked from the estate's Stemwinder soils, look for Cabernet's stewed black fruits and Syrah's sweet and spicy pip tobacco notes. Like the Menhir at Corcelettes, this wine is bold and proud. Unfiltered and unfined.
Winemaker Charlie Baessler is always evaluating rows in the vineyard that express extra character. These hand-picked rows are the building blocks to assembling this full and concentrated wine. Rocky Stemwinder soils make up Corcelettes' estate vineyard. A combination of this site's character and the team's drive for excellence in the vineyard management leads to ripe fruit flavour and structure, all wrapped in chalky fine tannins.
Having the opportunity to continuously challenge ourselves is an important part of crafting premium wines. With this philosophy, our Cabernet was born. This micro lot was aged for 36 months in 40% new, 40% second use and 20% third use French oak barrels. Exercising patience, paying close attention and tasting the evolution of these 7 barrels has made this wine a masterpiece. It is with great pleasure we share with you this full bodied, rich and generous varietal Cabernet Sauvignon.

The Similkameen Valley is enclosed by steep mountain walls accentuated by steep "Talus slopes", these are the workings of nature's forces and time. These Talus slopes are the source of our vineyard's soils; mixed earth and broken stone. TALUS- the flagship wine of Corcelettes- is crafted from a combination of our estate vineyard's geology and our team's passion and drive for excellence in both viticulture and the cellar.
