Trivium (meaning “the art of three”) is great for casual happy hour and sunny patios- yet has the complexity to enjoy with many foods. With notes of green apple, honey and stone fruit, this Chasselas based assemblage is both rich in texture and flavour. Challenge your pairings.
(We suggest pairing this Chasselas blend with traditional Swiss fondue or Raclette if you really aim to impress dinner guests)

Simply a crowd pleaser, this rich and meaty Merlot is a whopper- ultra full bodied and lots of black fruit notes make this wine a dinner time go-to. Pairs well with Italian style food and grilled meats. Harvested from vines rooted in our rugged Stemwinder soils on our estate vineyard, then aged for 16 months in French and American oak barrels.

Harvested from the higher elevation of our Pinot Noir vines, those closest to the heat radiating cliffs of our vineyard. This careful selection of vines is rooted entirely in rugged Stemwinder soils. Our Reserve Pinot Noir receives extended vat aging, which softens fruit tones and enhances those of mineral and mushroom character. An old-world, bolder expression of Pinot Noir.
