2017 Reserve Pinot Noir

This Micro Lot is aged in a 1000L premium French oak vat for 16 months that provides a subtle oak influence, allowing both the vines and the vineyard to leap from the glass. Mineral, mushroom and earth flavours make this elegant Pinot a perfect pairing with dishes like seared duck breast, pork tenderloin and mushroom risotto.
