Our newest addition to our Phoenix portfolio is our "Cascadia Collection"- wines crafted here in our BC cellar, with grapes thoughtfully sourced from farmers in the Wahluke Slope AVA of Washington.
After back-to-back deep freeze events in the Similkameen and Okanagan Valleys, which pushed us to replant most of our vineyards, we headed south and hunted down some seriously top-notch fruit to craft wines to offer you while our vineyards mature.
Of course, these new wines all come with a special "Corcelettes" touch that we impart on everything we craft. We are loving the results, and hope you do too.

Tasting Notes
Fabulous aromas of pear, white peach and orchard blossom delight the senses. On the palate you'll discover baked apple, fresh Meyer lemon, and ripe cantaloupe. The finish is dry, crisp and mineral driven. Overall texture is creamy yet vibrant on this medium bodied Chardonnay.
