Always one of the most fun spring wine releases for Corcelettes- this Gewurztraminer is a fantastic wine for summer and enjoying with appetizers before dinner, or pairing with fun and casual lunches. This year, we were fortunate to source fruit from a 1.5 acre hillside vineyard in Summerland. The wine has achieved rich complexities with generous flavours of gooseberry, cantaloupe, and pear. A crowd pleaser and easy sipper!

This may be the "prettiest" wine in our portfolio- famous for converting non-chardonnay drinkers to big fans of this particular wine style. 100% Similkameen Valley grapes, this Chardonnay is rich in mouthfeel and flinty minerality, while not being overly "oaky". More than half of it is aged in our concrete sphere, so there's just enough oak to give it a beautiful texture and body. Chardonnay is ALL about texture, and this one knocks it out of the park!
 

Very excited to present to you our very first "Traditional Method" sparkling wine! Over 2 years in the making, this 100% estate grown Pinot Gris has been hand crafted to perfection. Deliciously dry, notes of flaked lemon pastry and pear- juicy, and crisp. An outstanding sparkling wine to celebrate all of your memorable occasions!

We are pleased to feature this intense yet highly drinkable Pinot Noir. Easily one of our most popular varietals, this Pinot won't last long, so claim yours before it is once again quickly sold out! 

A wine club Micro Lot Series favourite, year after year! Aromas of stewed black fruits, sour plum and dusky violets are followed with flavours of mulberry, wild blueberries, and wild sage. This Malbec has great density, is wild, and powerful. Probably our "biggest" expression of Malbec yet! No wonder it's a favourite. 

This beautiful wine opens with bursts of violet florals and the gamey, meaty wildness of Syrah, with hints of rosemary, thyme, and stony minerals. The palate follows with plum, blueberry, black cherry, and a hint of black pepper on the finish. A healthy dose of firm tannins and fresh acidity nicely frames the fruit, giving it the structure and balance. This is a superb expression of the variety and a true representation of our region’s unique character. Pair with a slow cooked lamb ragu and you'll more than impress your dinner guests!

Complex and generous- our Merlot is consistantly a rockstar in our portfolio. Fig, plum, black forest cake and stewed blueberries fill the nose while the palate is balanced with savoury sage and ripe blackberries. There is always a signature sweet tobacco spice but it's all kept fresh with minerality and crunchy tannin. Yes, a wine that will be dividends when aged, 5-7 years ideally, however it's delicious even in its youth. 

Cabernet Franc is a notorious Similkameen all-star varietal. On the nose is espresso, cherry, & raspberry, while the palate is savoury, with sweet & spicy tobacco and marzipan. Great concentration with a generous nose. Firm tannins introduce a toasted oak finish with length. Try with grilled/cured meats or cheese and crackers!

Aged in premium French oak barrels for 18 months, this Cabernet Sauvignon has a beautiful, floral nose, followed by notes or black chocolate and raspberry. The palate offers sweet tobacco, blackberries & baking spice. This is an elegantly structured wine with medium tannin- a very impressive vintage indeed!

The Similkameen Valley is enclosed by steep mountain walls accentuated by steep "Talus slopes", these are the workings of nature's forces and time. These Talus slopes are the source of our vineyard's soils; mixed earth and broken stone. TALUS- the flagship wine of Corcelettes- is crafted from a combination of our estate vineyard's geology and our team's passion and drive for excellence in both viticulture and the cellar.
