85% winery estate fruit brings richness and structure to the wine while the cooler sites of Tainted Toes and Second Chance bring a farmy or more delicate Pinot character to the wine. All lots are managed separately in the cellar and the blend is crafted as we approach bottling.
One of my favorite grapes to work with. I love this fresh, new world Pinot expression. Less is more in our approach to expressing Similkameen Pinot Noir
Food Pairing Notes
Take a couple degrees out of the wine by placing it in your fridge for 15 minutes. Cooler temperatures further enhance a rich cherry characters and make this a great summer red wine choice. This Pinot is an easy sipper but brings lots to the table for fish, sautéed veggies or delicate meats choices.
