There is also just a hint of that Similkameen minerality and savoury sage - this perfectly "Provence style" rosé delivers incredible complexity. Crafted from entirely whole cluster pressed fruit, it is comprised of a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Syrah. By including neutral barrels in the fermentation and brief aging process, you will discover a creamy, rich texture on the palate that delivers ultra satisfaction to any rosé connoisseur.
