2022 Phoenix Merlot

Phoenix Wines! What an exciting journey this project has been. This Merlot is an exciting two valley blend – The finest of the Similkameen Valley (60%) blended with Okanagan’s Oliver terroir (40%). This marriage allowed us to achieve a highly approachable, more fruit focused Merlot. Right out of the gate, this Merlot appealed to many “drink now” enthusiasts as well as restaurateurs looking for that “by-the-glass” red wine option. The palate is rich and wrapped in baked blackberries and plum. The nose is sweet in vanilla bean and dark chocolate. Great for happy hours. It’s ready when you and your friends are.
