Our newest addition to our Phoenix portfolio is our "Cascadia Collection"- wines crafted here in our BC cellar, with grapes thoughtfully sourced from farmers in the Wahluke Slope AVA of Washington.
After back-to-back deep freeze events in the Similkameen and Okanagan Valleys, which pushed us to replant most of our vineyards, we headed south and hunted down some seriously top-notch fruit to craft wines to offer you while our vineyards mature.
Of course, these new wines all come with a special "Corcelettes" touch that we impart on everything we craft. We are loving the results, and hope you do too.

Tasting Notes
On the nose you'll find strawberry shortcake, hibiscus and wildflowers. The palate is juicy with ripe cantaloupe, wild strawberry & gooseberry. A well balanced, textured rosé that finishes crisp and dry.
